Chongqing is one of the main production bases in China for ramie. Justit exported this item with an amount of 20 million US dollar in 2009, which becomes the biggest producing and selling enterprise in Southwest of China. The resources are located in Rongchang County, Zhongxian County of Chongqing and Longchang County in Sichuan Province. The company collects the raw materials and processes by it’s own factory. The main products are ramie yarn, ramie stripes, handmade ramie fabric, color ramie fabric and hemp fabric, cotton fabric, silk fabric as well. The company also supplies finished ramie products such as clothes and bed sheets. These products have been exported to Korea, Japan and Middle-East Counties.
